 Your choice of industrial-PLC will replace the single source manufacturer's controller and make proprietary equipment a thing of the past. 

This allows you / your staff to troubleshoot, maintain and replace any items should it be necessary.                 

The 'Auto-Torque' system has 'Differential' / 'Load' / 'Pinion' mode capabilities to assure that all aspects of process can be controlled effective. 

Upgrade or integration of a AC-Drive System to replace the outdated DC-Drives will increase the efficiency of the operation and increase porcess results.

All our systems, currently in operation, have increased cake dryness by a minimum of 2%, securing a quick financial return on your investment. 

Automatic control of conveying, gate and pump systems are part of all our systems and are not "Special Order".

Process parameters such as centrate can be monitored and automaticly adjust pump flow rates. Polymer consumption can be kept at an optimum reducing cost.

  

 

Industrial type touch screens make access to the screen pages easy and allow good visibility of individual system status.

Screens will be optimized to fit your support systems and controls of pumps, gates and conveying system integrated to our 'One-Button' -Start control.

 

Our system has improved process operation and given customers like you the opportunity to make 'Single-Source-Equipment' a thing of the past. 

We integrate an Allen-Bradley, Square D or any other industrial PLC-system to your specification. Components meet NEMA standards and are UL approved.

Controls are individually designed to fit each customer's system and requirements, focusing on the reduction of operating and maintenance costs.

We offer electrical/ control start-up and service from the system designer, not from an inexperienced service technician.
